Simon Hunt returns

Simon Hunt returns

Former Nottingham Panthers forward Simon Hunt will make a very special return for this month’s Lachowicz Invitational at the Motorpoint Arena.

Hunt, who played for the Panthers between 1998 and 2000, will once again wear the #13 for the four-team tournament on Tuesday 15th October.
Lachowicz said: “I am really looking forward to seeing Hunty out on the ice and I know especially our long-term supporters will be too.
“He is someone I watched growing up in the old Ice Stadium, so it will be special to have him out on the ice.”
Hunt added: “I can’t wait to get the skates on and play in front of the brilliant Panthers supporters again.
“I was honoured to be asked by Robert. He’s had a great career and fully deserves this testimonial season.”
Tickets are priced at £15 adults and £13 concession (seniors 60+, students with suitable ID, disabled/carers & teens 13 to 17) and £5 for children.
There will be a small arena facility fee on each ticket.
Under-2s are free of charge when not occupying a seat, but a wristband will need to be requested from a steward on the day.
Only the lower half of the arena bowl will be open for the night, so all tickets are on general sale.
